I hate scales too!! That's why mine is still in the van, Man, wat I would do for a cookie Instead I am going to do a light ab workout! and ride my bike for 20 mins I think that will be enough for tonight. My proudest moment for today is not cheating on this fast......yet!I'll probable be back later!!

no i dont think it would. have you considered doing a fruit n veggie fast? or a protein fast? either of those would be healthier than no food

Hi Andrea ! I am doing a protien fast,its in shake form all liquid!! Like a meal supplement about 100cals a shake! 300 a day,1day left! I'm off to bed soon,early so I'm not tempted!!See ya all tomorrow!

hey girls....so i weighed myself today, lost nothing. but im used to my slow weight loss by now. dont worry kelli, if you keep at it you'll be where you wanna be. you just gotta stick through the slow parts. good luck with your fast wendy. i dont think i could do it. whats up andrea? how ya been?

its 2:30 am and i just got back from a party. and i avoided all cake and candy at all costs. i so wanted to dive in the bowl of peanut M+M's but i didnt. i guess thats my moment for today. and i danced the night away with my friends. i guess i got my workout!

i gotta get to bed sometime today.

oh yeah, my boss called me and offered me a lot more money. of course i accepted. so it all worked out. im feelin good today.

look here for silly party pics....if you have patience to look through them, im the one in the pink and blue striped hat. and blue sweater/tank top.

you know I could have sworn that I posted today..... After Andrea... I think I am loosing it! Time to eat something.I think I am going to have some Liptons Chicken noodle soup!!I love that stuff! Just the broth though! have to keep the liquids going(like those tiny noodles are solid!!) Until later girls

went to pizza hut and ate only 2 cheeseticks not 3
a personal pizza w cheese which i blotted
left half my soda(regular)

well,I made it through one of the hardest things I ever done!! now I have to go out to the van and weigh myself!! I am such a loser!! Anyway,I am having a mushroom omlette in the morning!!!or maybe bean and cheese!!! I will only use the egg whites ff cheese and whatever,I am not going overboard,I think I shrunk my stomach some!
