I had a nice little break through - but it's over & I'm stalling again. Seems like some sort of possible pattern. Have a fun weekend planned this weekend--a little short of where I'd hoped to be, but progress has been made.
Today is Day 1 of my life changing healthier eating habits. Not only did I want a milkshake, but I wanted to take a bath in ice cream. Goodness, does sugar have that much control? It eases our emotions so well. Milkshakes solve problems. True or False?
I'm back from our wonderful trip! I definitely did not stick completely to plan, but managed to keep to mostly good, healthy choices. I'll weigh in next Tuesday & see what's what.
