PrairieQueen, I'm so glad you're feeling better!

Today I am a 10/10. The 10/10 on eating comes easy for me. The 10/10 on exercise is always a little trickier. I haven't wanted to leave the house to go to the gym because I have 2 out of 3 pets at home who are having issues and I haven't wanted to leave them. Of course, that doesn't explain why I haven't attempted some kind of exercise at home, so today with the start of the new month, I'm going to make sure I exercise some way, somehow!

PrairieQueen, I just looked at the box and the name of the brand is Traditional Medicinals and the name of the tea is Smooth Move. I found it among the other teas, but oddly I had to search for it on the shelf because it just wasn't jumping out at me, lol!

Raining, aw, that's so sweet, thank you!

I'm a 10/10 today! Totally back to normal and have a lot of "farm" things planned....pickling pears English style, making freezer potato soup (got to figure that one out first), making squash and pumpkin purée for freezer, and digging potatoes and more garden clean up if it stops raining. I don't know what I'm fixing for dinner yet, but it'll be good

Have a great day everyone!

I'm a 9/10 on eating today.....going out for dinner to a diner We are changing our routine from going to the "fancy" pub and trying to a new but old train car diner in the next town. It shut a few years ago and is being reopened under a new owner. I'm hoping I feel motivated when I get home to do a little "work."

I was starving this morning for some unknown reason so I was thinking I'll have a higher calorie day today. I switched to eating more around 1450 calories a couple weeks ago (maybe 2); I was eating around 1650 average before I think. Definitely helps with my lower TDEE from losing weight, but I think I need to throw in a higher calorie day every 7-10 days just to stay feeling sane and full. I'm not sure how high my calorie burn for the day will be, but I plan to eat maybe 1600-1800 calories today. I'm committed to not burning out, so I guess I'm still at like maybe an 8/10 for the day, because I know I need to have a mini break from a larger deficit (1800 should still be at least -200 cal deficit!).

PrairieQueen, that diner sounds fun! You'll have to let us know if it's as good as it used to be! And you are amazing in the garden and the kitchen, girlie!

Ladyfat, I think having a higher carb day every 7-10 days is an excellent way to keep from feeling burnt out while continuing to keep your calories low enough overall!

I am continuing to be a 10/10 on eating but I am having to make myself exercise. I want to get back to the gym but I'm not at home for the next few days, so it will have to wait.

I'm a 10/10 today even though TOM is right around the corner. We didn't go to the diner, but to our usual spot last night. We decided we would do the diner on the weekend for a breakfast or lunch for our first go.

I've not been formally exercising (the hula is still waiting on me), but I have been out in the garden almost every night and running around the kitchen preserving in one way or another. Last night I dried more cayenne peppers and basil and made up a double batch of Cinci chili to divvie up for the freezer tonight. I'll do the same tonight with tomato soup.

Have a great Wednesday everyone!

PrairieQueen, oh there's no doubt you are getting plenty of exercise in that garden of yours.

I am a 10/10 today.

I'm a 10/10 today....a little headachy but no cravings or ravenous hunger pangs. My visitor will be arriving before dinner, I'm sure. We may hit the diner tonight; hubs isn't sure he wants to give up his Friday night pizza for it Lots of outside activities around our place for Saturday, visiting a friend 2.5 hours away in KY on Sunday. I have a personal day on Monday to try and get caught up with cleaning, etc.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Today I was a 10/10, but oh my, I really got carried away with sweets for Carb Day! I hope I recover easily enough tomorrow!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I had not really thought about staying on plan today as we were traveling and "taking care of business" but what a long day. We're back from KY and everything went as planned. I made sausage rolls for the trip last night. (Hubs is English and has been moaning that I don't Love him or I'd make them.) you eat them cold, so in the cooler they went. I had one for breakfast with a Coke Life and two for my lunch. (1/4 lb of meat for every three rolls total surrounded by puff pastry.) I also had a Butterfinger. For dinner, we're having meatball hoagies (had meatballs and sauce in freezer) with Parmesan/dubliner cheese.....and a beer. I needed one.

Update: I just had some leftover apple crisp from yesterday

It's a 10/10 day! Up at 6 am even though I have a personal day....doggies didn't get the memo. Been on FB and doing "nothing" for a change. Putting a roast in the slow cooker for dinner and lots of cleaning and little inside jobs today, so I'll get some exercise after either sitting in the truck or in a chair "visiting" all day yesterday.

PrairieQueen, lol on hubs using that guilt tactic! Oh my, a roast in the slow cooker sounds so good! I have so many slow cookers at home, and none here at my Dad's in TN. I thought for sure they'd have one, but no. I'd love to put a roast on for my Dad, but oh well, next time I'll know to bring one with me!

Today, I have been a 10/10!
