Good morning all,
165.2, finally had a weekend where I didn't put on 3 lbs. of water weight, YAY!
Thanks for the kind words, really happy to be in the best shape/fitness level I've ever been in, and lots of great memories looking at the photos, just mind blowing at times, but I've moved on, glad to be here!

Fruit/veg day today I'm thinking, logged in myfitnesspal it's been so long it made me login, thank goodness I remembered my password it also says 170 calories for the half/half and creamer in 2 cups of coffee, glad I'm caffeine sensitive, otherwise I'd have very few calories for actual food

B- coffee, banana
L- grapes
D- roasted veg
E- walk, c25k

Best to all

Flower loved your recipe for cod jerky

Down 1.6lbs to 170.4lbs. Just finished a run with my sore foot. Ouch! Some injuries I just run through and they get better. We'll see about this one.

For breakfast I had sardines, smoked oysters and oats.

For lunch I will have squid, octopus, anchovies, a crab cake and smoked oysters.

For exercise, I did 50 minutes weight training before work and ran 4 miles before lunch.

Good Morning. Yesterday was a real doozy, we're having a sale and the place was bombarded with customers. I made a killing in tips though. Hopefully I rake $$ again tomorrow and Wednesday.

I will be off to the gym in a few...I'm trying to find some energy after getting up at 6:30am to take my son to school early on my day off. He has missed assignments that he needs to make up with 1st quarter report cards coming out soon. 6th grade is really hard.

Tonight is Italian sausage from the deli with fresh roasted bell peppers and onion. I'm on a roll lately. I absolutely love to cook and I used to do it a lot when my son was little but things got hectic for a very long time. I finally have time to cook on almost a regular basis again. I'm very happy about that.

BBL.

And thanks kelijpa. And NO to feeling disgusted....palease. Not at all. All pride. At 165 you should be very, very proud.

We all should be.
Ian, I have that book, my dad gave it to me, I've started but not finished. And you are so right, we all should be proud, we're doing something! Hope your foot gets better quick.

Coolmom we're almost exactly the same today! I managed to track my food today, first time in awhile!

Welp, I'm finishing low again but laid around all day. Watched the rain, TV. LAZY! 1069 calories.

WTG, Kelijpa! It would be sweet to see the 150s, wouldn't it? I'm in 14s now and wondering when 12s will be doable.

Hi Everyone!

Ian I'm glad your boxing class wasn't cancelled. My favorite type of workout is kickboxing/boxing. I don't know what I would do without it. Good job on the 1.6 pounds.

CoolMom I'm not familiar with the magic chopper, but I just bought some type of vidalia chopper. I used it this weekend to chop onions. They half filled a gallon freezer bag. I chopped them in no time at all. My onions were too big though. This was the first time using it, so now I know. How long have you had your chopper?

Kelijpa Good job on your weekend!

NorthernChick Hi

Novangel
Congrats on having such a great day at work!

Diana, I just looked up the Vidalia and it's the same thing I have. I've had mine for years and love it! Its only recently been tough to get the onions through it and my eyes are stinging, so I think the blades are dull. A new one will be purchased!

Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and I am waaay overdue! I started losing in January 2013 and lost 60 lbs alongside Ian! I went on holiday in March and never got back! I slowly gained about 15 back and am now about 12 lbs up. I am back now though, baby! This week has been awesome, accountability wise! I realized I was missing out on behaviours from the past that made me successful, including posting to 3FC!

I live in Arctic Canada (half a foot of snow today) and my workout today was building a six foot tall snow man

I look forward to both giving and getting support here! My motivation is wedding dress shopping in December when I am home for Christmas! Yeah team!!

Hey Sarah. Great to meet you. Sounds like you have an awesome incentive to lose. You are going to be a bride. Thank you for making me feel warm where I live in northern Vermont. I will now stop complaining about the 26 degree farenheit wind chill on Sunday great that you made that snowman. I hope it will be a long time before we have the materials to build one. I prefer flowers to flakes.

I want to commend you on not slipping back too far in the weight loss. This thread has especially good and suppportive caring people. So you came to the right place !
