How crappy is it to go get a personal trainer in March and end up GAINING 10 pounds? Blargh.

Anyway. I've made my way back to the 160s and quite frankly enough is enough. I gotta do something about this before it all comes back. So, here I am. Again. So I can stay motivated!

So far, I've been doing okay. I've got about 4 more sessions left with my trainer, and I'm replacing him with Daily Burn after hulu has repeatedly talked me into it. Has anyone tried that? I've only done 2 workouts on it but so far I like it.

Anyway, y'all still got the 10lb challenges going on? I think I'm going to join in for September.

Hey Lauren . For so many of us it is a lifelong battle. I'm dealing with some regains here during pregnancy (like, inexplicably huge compared to past babies) and trying to stay on track as well.

There are lots of challenges and smaller groups around, figure out which one you like!

Oh, and do give us a review of Daily Burn after you begin. I was looking at that with some interest, myself. I have workout DVDs I'm loyal to but for people who like to mix it up more it seems like it might be a worthwhile service.
