How crappy is it to go get a personal trainer in March and end up GAINING 10 pounds? Blargh.
Anyway. I've made my way back to the 160s and quite frankly enough is enough. I gotta do something about this before it all comes back. So, here I am. Again. So I can stay motivated!
So far, I've been doing okay. I've got about 4 more sessions left with my trainer, and I'm replacing him with Daily Burn after hulu has repeatedly talked me into it. Has anyone tried that? I've only done 2 workouts on it but so far I like it.
Anyway, y'all still got the 10lb challenges going on? I think I'm going to join in for September.
