Glad to see the spreadsheet filling out! It's nice to see our changes over a longer period of time, eh? It feels good!! I often get all 'blah' if I don't see the measurements change, but really, I can tell the difference over a month-long comparison! It's so hard to measure 1/4 inch changes...hence why i love love LOVE this thread
Pleased with my progress so far. I had a business trip that didn't cause a problem and, for once, I didn't order room service. And I remain on my daily exercise streak.
Down 3.4 pounds this week and down to 151.8, which was unexpected. I know the weight loss will slow down, but it's nice to get a running start on summer.
Just checking in -- I haven't lost a pound since I weighed in on the 3rd. I actually went up a couple of lbs because of out of town family and also TOM is here. I weighed in today at the same weight as June 3rd so I'm praying to record a loss by Monday. Like I said, TOM is here so that also plays a role. Family left the 12th so I've been on plan since then. It's taken me about 10 days to undo their visit :P Ah well, at least it didn't send me on a several month bender, undoing half my progress (like it may have in the past). Thank God for small blessings!
I've been playing the yo yo game myself. Accepting the failures and remembering what I'm working for and that I couldn't possibly want anything more than to be fit and thin - great butt in jeans and fitting into movie theatre seats ! I just can't seem to quite get in the groove!!!! I just need to start a routine and get this ball rolling - always hardest to get it started but once you are - WHOOSH.
I started a new job two weeks ago, nannying for a family. The first week I was losing weight as I was so busy and runing around. This week I was staying at the family home overnight as the parents are out of town. I found myself munching on chocolate chips and making cake pops with the teenageers at 11:30 at night. Gahhh! I thought for sure I have gained at least four pounds. When I stepped on the scale this morning I was up just a bit sitting at 174.6. I need to find a balance with this job. Luckily I'm done with the overnights...so here's to better eating!!
Just finished a 1.5 mile run. I ran the whole way and for 15 minutes straight!
10 weeks to drop 11 pounds probably doesn't seem like anything to most people but if I pull it off it will be the first time in YEARS. I'm aiming for it obviously and also to continue losing inches.
Struggled this week with self-sabotage and had 4 social events with food/alcohol! But I increased my exercise and did my best not to eat/drink at the events. I thought I blew it after a night of sweet cocktails and salty cheese, but ultimately I ended up losing 3 pounds.

Hi everyone. I've been toggling between 168-170, with today showing 168. I'm having my TOM so along with that and way too many events and outings centered around food, I'd be a fool to ask, "gee, wonder why I'm not losing?
