Thanks for the spreadsheet...it's awesome but I think I'm going to just keep things recorded in the thread because I am lousy at keeping track all over the place and this is my first challenge!
I'll record whenever I weigh. I weigh daily, but I'm not going to record unless I see at least a 1lb or more loss for more than 2 days.
5/27: 263.4 (SW for challenge)
5/30: 261.2 (yay for whooshes!)
Emlay - let's make a deal, you can live half the year in my size small dress if I can live half the year at your height! I often wish I were taller how is plant based working out for you? I went vegetarian about a year and a half ago - which shocked me because I never thought I could give up my burger-for-every-meal habit.
KindaSorta- Deal! Lol.... The height is good for a few things, but mostly (especially when I've been heavier) I feel like some kind of godzilla freak. After going plant-based in February, I feel better than I have in my whole life. My body is working like a well-oiled machine, and is seemingly constantly shrinking. I love it. I never thought I could give up meat either, being the corn and beef fed midwestern gal that I am, but I do not miss it a single bit. Same with dairy and eggs (even cheese). I have found things that I like even better. Also, it is so awesome that you are training for a marathon. I really, really wish I enjoyed running.
Yesterday was a bad, bad day for me. We're talking pitcher of margarita and whole bowl of guac with deliciously fried and salty chips bad. (The Cubs beat the Sox, if any of you guys missed it ) Therefore, I will be keeping my butt off the scale for the next few days. No need to discourage myself, just got to get back on track.
Sounds good count me in

Emlay - Are you vegan or no dairy/vegetarian? I still eat dairy...well cheese and eggs. I use soy or almond milk. I'm not the healthiest vegetarian though cause I still don't eat enough fruits and veggies... I'm trying to work on that! My staple meal is whole wheat pasta with Trader Joe's meatless meatballs - love those things! Gotta cut down on the pretend food though and get some whole foods in there.
I had a similar Mexican food experience yesterday! No margaritas, but an endless basket of chips and salsa! I made the mistake of weighing myself this morn...so much for seeing that new low number I got on Thursday! Hopefully it'll get back down there soon
