Wow, you've got all sorts of adjusting going on...new baby (congrats!), new job, new home...no wonder you're having a hard time getting started!
Have a read around the site, find a group that you have some things in common with, whether it's the Christian Encouragers, the 300+ and Ready to Try Again, a challenge group, etc. Pop in and introduce yourself....all the groups here welcome new members and are always glad for a fresh face. I'm over on the Independence Firecrackers thread - we're a group that set small goals using upcoming holidays throughout the year as targets, and always like to have new members.
Where to start? Well, take one item to begin with, whether it is drinking your water or walking for 30 min., etc. and focus on doing it for a week. Once you're comfortable with that one item, pick another one and add it in, and soon you'll be on your way! Most importantly, remember that life is going to happen whether you're on a weight loss plan or not, and there will be days when it all goes to pot. The most important thing you can do is pick yourself up and start over again! Take it one meal at a time, one day at a time, and enjoy the journey!
