My great nutritionist doctor gave me this tip to have chocolate without losing control:
Buy 70% cocoa top quality dark chocolate;
cut out a 10g (0,35 oz) piece;
break it in 6;
put a 6th on your tongue;
let it melt;
Concentrate on the taste, the melting quality, and the after taste remaining in your mouth.
Do this until you feel satisfied, which will be much, much faster than if you had chomped on it.
I feel as though I've gorged after 4 or 5 pieces (=6th)!
