Default No Weigh! :D

I have put our bathroom scales outside in the garage!

I am going to just stick to my program (1200-1500 calories from lean protein, beans, veggies, lowfat dairy, small amounts whole wheat pasta; cardio and strength workouts at least 40 minutes in length, 5 to 6 times a week) and know that if I stick to the program, the fat will come off.

It just makes me nuts to see the numbers either not move or go up. I will try not to weigh for 3 weeks. I did take measurements as that's the truest proof of getting trimmer.

goodbye scale!!

Hope it works for you.

Unfortunately, every time I start ignoring the scale, my weight begins to slowly creep upward. I start eating a bunch of crap because I know I wont have to face the scale. LOL I'm so awful.

Oh, certainly when/if I'm in maintenance mode, I should face the scale either every day or a couple times a week! But for now I'm in fierce diet mode

I definitely let weight creep up over the winter by ignoring the scale.

I'm in fierce diet mode too. I've never really been in maintenance, because I got within 5 pounds of goal and started eating my weight back up by 20 lbs, slowly, over a period of three years.

That's awesome! I'm a scale-obsesser myself, so I know how crazy it can make you!
