I got 100% back on track yesterday. It's been tough to be accountable this holiday so I'm not proud. I'm not upset either. I worked out this morning but had 0 energy. I give myself credit for getting up 2 days in a row and showing up even if it was only for 20 minutes. tomorrow i try for 25 minutes.
I have also committed to avoiding the scale for 2 weeks so I don't go into spastic mode and freak out instead of staying the course. i know these hunger pains will go away and I look forward to it. Feeling hungry is good -- I don't feel bad when I eat my scheduled foods then.
