In regards to following a work out regime that promises [X amount lost in a month]...
I posted this early...but I didn't ever see it show up, so I apologize in advance if this happens twice.
Anyway, when you're following a new work out plan that promises that you'll lose a certain amount in a month, how likely does that really happen? My friend and I are starting a new work out plan that guarantees the loss of 2 pant sizes/20lbs in a month. It incorporates an hour of muscle tone and 90 mins of cardio. I'm going to do it regardless, but will I see the results it promises? Do any of these type of promises really work out the way the say they would?
