It could be skin that has yet to shrink to match your fat loss. I sometimes noticed that I would lose the fat, but the skin would be less than ideal for a while but eventually catch up to my fat loss.
Give it time! Your skin might just take a little longer than the rest of you
Yea I think it's excess skin, you will probably need to do toning exercises at some point but your body will adjust congratulations on the weight loss!
I agree, I have noticed a lot of the deflate/springback phenomenon in losing, where an area that was previously puffy deflates and gets rolly or sags a bit and then firms up and looks much better a month or three later. Strength training speeds that along, big time.
Thank you all! In addition to my "mini rolls," I have to address this evil Dunlap. I have a pretty long torso, and my tummy hangs. I usually hoist my jeans over it so it doesn't have to show. How long should I expect to deal with this? Or how long did it take for those of you with one to work it off? ]':
instead of ONE big roll...your body is probably breaking down the fat--thus creating several "mini rolls"--same thing happened to me!!!!!!!!!!!--its a process--and some of the steps in the process are NOT pretty! best of luck! don't worry!
I think I've got a weird mindset. the whole dunlap thing. I keep imagining that one day I'm gonna wake up and it will be gone. Same with the rolls. But I know that's not the case. So i don't know why i keep thinking like that. T:
