Please be sure you're getting enough fat, as well. It is a huge factor in triggering our hormonal satiety cues. Go light or non-existent on sugar and grains, and very heavy on good protein, fat, and colorful fruits and veggies. If you're still hungry after that, eat more.
I'm serious, dropping weight as such light bodyweight is a very slow process, because there's not a lot of room to reduce calories and still be satisfied. But the nutrient composition of those calories is even MORE important, because there are so few of them.
