FatDude, I don't get where the fruit is coming into it. I guess you're on a supervised MF plan that's been personalized for you?
You should be eating a lean & green meal each day, and you can get plenty of meat in that meal. You can also divide up the L&G into two meals if you like, which would mean an extra meal.
For those who are wondering, Medifast is a meal replacement plan where you eat 5 "Medifast Meals" a day (which are packaged, supplemented foods like shakes, bars, etc. that you buy from Medifast) and one "lean and green" meal that you prepare yourself or can order at a restaurant. It is a low calorie diet (LCD) and also low carb and low fat. That describes the "over the counter" plan--there are also supervised versions that one can do through a Medifast center.
No, pizza is not one of the choices!
But I don't know anyone who died because they couldn't eat pizza.
