Default TOM, and Energy

I have barely any energy when it's my TOM. Like today, its about to come, but I was working out and I didn't have the energy I usually do.
Anyone else get this too?

I experience all of my worst TOM symptoms the week BEFORE instead of during, but yes, I experience a decrease in energy around TOM. This month, I slept almost an entire day (3 p.m. - 2 a.m., 3 a.m. - 11 a.m.) after coming home and feeling nauseated. So it definitely affects me too.

Some good people on these boards told me to let my body rest when it needs to and to not beat myself up for missing the gym if that's what it takes.

I have had TOM symptoms for the past 7 1/2 months. Whoever said being pregnant was great because you didn't have to have your period was a liar. It helps me to take a nap during the day, and get some lower intensity exercise... like going on a couple short walks each day.

I have lower energy levels during TOM. Now that I am getting healthier I have more energy overall.
