Since I started back on my health plan today, I am setting a mini goal for myself to lose 3 lbs this week. I am also setting an excercise goal to get in the YMCA 5 times by next Monday and work out with one of my Wii games at least twice. I also promise to only drink water (other than my coffee!) this week. I know I can do it! Seems a bit extreme with the excercise, but I know me, if I start out strong, I'll get back in my habit of getting out of bed and getting in that gym and keep it up. I'm gonna do it!
