I have actually adopted my own program, although I guess you would call it low carb, calorie counting, and lots of exercise.
I decided that I would stick to my program for one full year and see what happens. Stick to it no matter what. It has really worked out well. I have lost the first 70 lbs. in under 6 months.
I can't get over how I truly enjoy healthy foods. I haven't craved chocolate or pizza or mountain dew or any of the other things I thought I could never live without.
