This is a great post! I've been feeling a little down about not being close to my goal, and not having come very far. But I have to remind myself that I'm moving along and doing well.
I've lost about 36 lbs and have 50 to go, but I can feel new bones, have new energy from my diet and exercise plan, and feel so much better!
I can just now start to see my collar bones. I want to see more of them.
And I can clearly see those tendons or whatever in my neck.
Love the post. It's good to be reminded that we've come a long way.
