My goal for this month is to get under 280 (I am currently at 283) - I believe I will lose more than that but I try to set myself up for success by setting super realistic goals lol Then any more loss is a bonus
My mini goal for April is to go from 162 to 152 (keep it off) and continue into May!
Hopeful8! - We share a birthday ...I am not looking forward to 23 because 25 is so close and then I hear its over from there lol
Well Happy Earth day and Happy Birthday as well. Girl I wish I could go back to 23, enjoy it. Actually it only really gets better as you get older. I hate the fact that I'm turning 31, but I can't really complain because I'm so incredibly happy w/where my life and career is. Just keep telling yourself that it's only a number, and number I love to say is 29+2!!!!
Scale goal: lose about 8 lbs (get to 143)
Non-scale goal: be able to run around this trail by my house in less than 35 minutes (it currently takes me 45 mins)
