I agree with you, I gained weight years ago and then lost it through working out and cutting out a lot of pop and stuff. Now I'm bigger then I was then and I'm wondering how the heck I was even able to do it? Before I never counted Calories and now I've started to. I've pretty much started yesterday. Since my job is 12 hours i'm exhausted after work to do any work outs but I have 4 days of work and 4 days off so I figure I can get great work outs on my days off. I tried in the summer of 2008 to lose weight only causing myself to gain more over the year of 2009 because I wasn't motivated and now I am. So Hopefully I can stick it out and get to my Goal weight!
