Boy, do I need help. I have been cleaning the house from top to bottom. Sorting things that we still use and stuff that can go to the church garage sale. Cleaning up mouse you know what and the insect Miller that died on my enclosed porch. I have been sweating like a hog, hair sloggy wet from sweat, bra could be rung out from being so wet. And I have not lost a ounce. In fact, I put on 4 pounds around the waist. I have not been eating that much
I start back to work on the 9th of August and maybe that will help me to get my weight back under control. I will be working at the high school for 6 1/2 hours and then on to one of the intermediate school for 2 hours with an after school program. Then home for dinner then off to the college to exercise for at least an hour. Somewhere in there I need to get back to work on my quilts. The thing with the work season is that I sit at a desk most of the time and my weight does not bounce up and down like it does in the summer.
In 15 days the girls and I will be heading to Nova Scotia for a week--Cape Breten Island, and we plan on seeing the Bay of Fundy and those 54 foot tides.
We are going on a shoestring budget and will be camping in our tent and packing lots of nonperishable groceries. It may take us a while to cross the border though, because they might search the car (which will be PACKED)...if so, c'est la vie.
We will be taking lots of pics, so I'll share when we get back.
