I had a mini Snicker bar in my HAND....and put it back.

I had several "didn'ts" today... I was in a training class today and I didn't eat any of the doughnuts or bagels that were provided (instead I had my Greek Yogurt and strawberries.)

After getting out unexpectedly early, I didn't go home to catch up on sleep, instead I went out to the barn and rode and then went to the gym with my riding trainer so she could show me some leg and core exercises to improve my riding.

After working out, I didn't have seconds on dinner, even though it was a yummy salad with no bad stuff added, but I truly wasn't hungry after the first one, just enjoying the taste!

I was tired this afternoon and almost took a nap but instead took my dog to the park where we ran up and down hills and had a good time.

I didn't go back to sleeping this morning- I worked out instead\

And I didn't eat out for lunch- I stuck to the plan!!!

i was at my friends house and she asked me if i wanted a beer and i said no. yay for me!

I ate exactly the small portion of the Trader Joe's 72% chocolate bar as I'd planned for tonight & no more. I was able to put it away without any difficulty.

I did not go straight home after work & the gym. I went to the grocery store & caught the last-day specials on grape tomatoes, plums & peaches, & also picked up fish for tomorrow night's dinner.
