I had several "didn'ts" today... I was in a training class today and I didn't eat any of the doughnuts or bagels that were provided (instead I had my Greek Yogurt and strawberries.)
After getting out unexpectedly early, I didn't go home to catch up on sleep, instead I went out to the barn and rode and then went to the gym with my riding trainer so she could show me some leg and core exercises to improve my riding.
After working out, I didn't have seconds on dinner, even though it was a yummy salad with no bad stuff added, but I truly wasn't hungry after the first one, just enjoying the taste!
