i had a bad saturday....
but then satdy nite i thought....
yer ok bad day, make up for it tomorrow....
so i was extra good with food yesterday....
and exercised for double time....
maintaqined the same weight so im happy....
I found myself snacking this weekend.... Then it hit me: Every Bite is a Choice. I thought about this for a second, realized I wasn't hungry and that I was eating because I was bored. So I set my snack aside and saved myself about 70 calories!

I love that!!!!!!! Yay!
It was so funny, I was eating today and then got up for a second to do something else and then came back to my plate and picked up my fork again. And then I thought, "Wait a minute. I'm not hungry. Why am I picking up my fork again?"
Then I put the plate in the fridge and got it out two hours later when I actually *was* hungry... because EVERY BITE IS A CHOICE! Yay! It really works!
