I think that the healthier you are (or closer to a healthier weight you are) the easier it is to lose weight. So I guess person X might have a little bit easier of a time losing 5 lbs the first month as opposed to, down the line in 5 months, when she's lost already 20 lbs)

Then again, I'm no health expert.
