I've lost 3.5 lbs this week, breaking a three week plateau, thank god. I swear I would have cried if I got on the scale this week and hadn't lost anything. I can't say enought good things about calorie counting and personal trainers.
I lost four pounds this week! I tried something new, the Wendie plan, to break through my plateau. It was also my TOM so I'm very pleased. I wish every week could be four pounds!! Oh well..... as long as I keep losing! Fifty more to go!
I forgot to post my weightloss for last week....I finally broke through my plateau of 2 months....I lost 1 lb, eventhough I wished it would've been more, but I will except this!
I'll be very busy with moving in to my new place on my official weigh in day this week, so I'm reporting 3 days early. I'm down 2 pounds from Thursday (: and hopefully next time I step on a scale it'll be even more!
Weighing in at 169.4 this morning. Down one pound. I wanted to see 168 before I left but this will have to do. I'm flying off to Europe tomorrow so I'll see everyone in September!
