I have made myself a new bike seat
(I really should be working but :shhh: ) It goes really well with my bike (I don't think!) It looks like a blue blob stuck on a lovley glossy red bike!
I don't care - I've just made it higher so that I don't get a bad back from riding the damn thing!
Feeling more positive about my kickboxing now - I hope my sciatica goes away! If not, there's always Deep Heat! And it's only nerve pain so it's not as if I do something that hurts it's damaging my leg...
