I've joined but I won't be watching the prog I'll be out bellydancing and taping the new series by my hero that's on beeb2 at the same time as fat nation. D'y think they'll put the weekly challenges on the site, after each show?

I think so. It's on bbc3 at 9 too, that will be better than the main show as the presenter is better on that one.

I just looked at the link but they want to much personal information..why do they need your phone number for example? I usually make names and dates up online anyway I have that many aliases I should be a spy I guess I'll just keep up with the website

The numbers optional I didn't put one in. I always put my mobile number in if needed as I never answer calls on it that are not in my contacts.

I didn't give them a phone number either I got an email from them saying "We'll be in touch shortly with your first big challenge!" so it looks like I can find out about the challenges without having to miss Ray (I love Ray so much, a weekend on on of his woodcraft courses is going to be my ulitmate reward for reaching my goal weight )

The challenges better be good. I can't imagine what they will be apart from walk 30 mins a day or eat 5 fruit portions. They are hardly going to be 'swim the channel this week' are they?

If you've got Freeview you can find out about this week's challenge and do Efua's Workout every day of the week except Saturdays and Mondays. Between 10am and 8.30pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 7.30pm until midnight on Thursdays and Fridays and between 10am and 7pm on Sundays. I missed it yesterday through being a techno-bimbo. I got a DVD player and was attaching it to the TV. No matter what I did, I could not make the TV work although the DVD did. However, this morning something made me check the plugs - although I did last night and...of courseto plug in the DVD I had taken out the TV plug.....
