Smile Starting over

My restart has lasted a week now and have a had a few slip ups...alcohol...but Im getting there!

How did today go then for everyone? I had a big pasta salad to eat all day long and I went for walkies with doggy and nearly got run over by a silent 4 wheeled thing speeding along the beach!! The dog did not want to walk I had to drag it through the wind and she is on special food like me at the mo and cant eat what she wants! The poor thing we were both suffering!

My day has been really good so far eating wise. It's a bit warm here today so I expect I can shed a few pounds later with sweat, while walking the dogs and I might even have a go on the trampoline again as my shoulder is starting to feel a bit better, but not quite up to Tae-bo as yet.
We can do it Veg, keep up the good work luvey.

Default Is this for real?

I desperately need to start over - don't know where my willpower has gone, but need to find it fast. I am going to visit Holmes Place tomorrow, but a couple of girls at work told me about this site - Brit Military Fit

Do you think it will work - and should I resist handing over my pay pack to Holmes Place? Where's Stef - I need help

Does this count as evil ? When my nephew was little his mum would only allow him rice cakes (with no flavourings ) as treats.

Maybe if i like rice cakes as much as I do cakes I wouldn' look like a constantly grazing
