Once again a challenge has come to an end and I want to thank you all for your support, not only with the weight loss but also with the loss of my father. You are a fantastic bunch and it was such a pleasure being here!!
I have lost another 1.4 lbs which is great but not good enough to make my goal however I am still really pleased with my progress
Tomorrow I will jog over to the Halloween challenge and join everyone there!!

hello ladies. Guess I'm not too good at keeping up with the rest of you, but I'm still around. The scale hasn't really moved in the past week and I've been bloated beyond belief, about to start my period soon. So, my goal for labor day will not be met, but now I have 2 months for Shari's halloween challenge. And I kinda have a goal to be at least in the low 190s before hubby gets home in about 7 weeks, so we'll see. I hope you guys will continue to strive toward your goals for being healthy and fit even though this challenge is just about over. But honestly, isn't everyday life the real challenge? Things like this challenge help make it fun and sometimes give you a push to keep going! peace & blessings to all
