Hi everyone!! Welcome to game 5!!!!
I am going to try and have this thread stickied like the last one so we don't get lost!!! It may not happen right away so please be patient with me...
Again here are the "rules" of the game:
Meals: 1 point for every HEALTHY meal(maximum of 3 points daily)
Water:1 point for every 1/2 gallon/2 liters/64 oz's
Exercise: 1 point for every 20 minutes of exercise(no 1/2 points) We want
you to get that extra point!!
Snacks: 1/2 point for every HEALTHY snack
Pounds/inches lost: 2 points for each pound/inch lost!!!
Because there are some of us that have 5-6 smaller meals a day we will use the first 3 meals as full points and the other 2-3 as 1/2 points(snacks) to keep it fair to everyone.
