phew...glad is Monday!!! Lately, the last few weeks I've had a free-for-all mentallity on Sundays.....and it shows. My food log was almost 2000 calories and I know alot of them were bad carbs. I know better but I just had them anyways. Today seems like a fresh start, been doing some spring cleaning cause I know its around the corner!!! Going to have a bite to eat for lunch and then head out to the gym. Yesterday is in the past and was only one day.....

Hello everybody! How's your week starting off? Mine is great. 2 1/2 inches gone, and down 2 pounds for the week. WAHOO!!!! Gotta teach some lessons this afternoon, but shorter than usual due to vacations and illness. Had a great time at the gym. Sis is on spring break, so she joined me along with 1 other friend. Keep it up girls.

Ok Ladies! Week 4 is in full swing!!

Unfortunatly for me it is that TOM so I gained 6lbs! That's ok I know it is temporary So I really can't do a proper weigh in


I have a question for you all..........the chicken or the egg??
This may be of use to me in the near future lol!!! Let me know!

Just so you ladies all know, BTB game #2 will be starting on Monday March 13/06!!! if you are interested please let me know!
I have put up a thread in the Buddy up section also for the newbies to join in, also in the misc. club section!I hope we can get some new people to join us!that would be great!! Maybe some of the others that couldn't find the time to do it before has some time now! That would be great too!


Wonder whatever happened to the DYP'ers???Maybe they will come aboard also Fantastic!

I am hoping to do this game a touch different......we'll have to wait and see....

Wow, today has been busy for me! I've been exercising half the day, believe it or not.

I went to Sea World this morning for about 4 hours (walked around 2 miles there), came back and "relaxed" for a couple hours. I say it like that because I didn't really relax. I fixed myself some lunch, then helped my mom put some things away, then set out to put together our new lawnmower. It's a manual one, no power. I ended up getting to a spot that required tools, so I had to stop and search for the toolbox. I spent about 10 minutes running around the house like a chicken with its head cut off trying to find the damned thing. I didn't.

So I hopped on the computer and played a game for a couple hours.

After that, my dad got home and brought groceries that I had to put away. That took about 15 minutes. After that, he helped me to finish putting the lawnmower together and I set to work. The sun was already setting, so I didn't get much done. But about 30 minutes pushing a manual lawnmower around... holy crap. What a workout. My whole body was drenched in sweat. *sniffs herself* I think I need a shower

Hey Ladies ~
OK, I didn't make it to the gym this morning and by dinnertime I was feeling pretty mad at myself for it sooooooo, after dinner I lugged my butt off to the gym and did 45 minutes. I feel so much better about myself now. I was really beating myself up so I'm glad I just did it!!

I'll tell you,a 13 hour drive with a bad back is a good way to just want to give in to binges.I am so sore today that I can't even lower myself into the bathtub! oh that hurt's!
I will not eat chips...I will not eat chips...I will not eat chips..ok I feel like I would love to have a nice bottle of water and go to bed.If I can get into bed
