Question about the rules... the point is for 20 minutes of exercise but does it have to be "nonstop?" Example I go walking on both my breaks at work but it can only be 10 minutes at a time... so if I go on both breaks does it count or not count? Don't want to cheat LOL
Thanks Sandra... it DID occur to me to just count it without asking... but sheesh I HAVE to go back to work!! So I guess from here on out I will keep my mouth shut and just count it LOLOL. See how great a liar I am LOL
Hey Dance- I always combine both my exercise times into one. I never even thought about it (Oops!) Hope I haven't been cheating thru the first game. Have a good one and keep walking.
I do it too!!!! I always do 10 mins on the bike then do another after a couple hours! It says every 20 mins, so if you exercise for 2 mins then 18 it is still 20 right!! Nobody is cheating,no worries
So anyway,I had a great time last night!!! My first boyfriend came to meet up with me last night! And I haven't seen him in almost 15 years!! Still a cutie We were up late chatting about our old school chums and crazy things we did when we were kids,it was really nice!

Hello! I'm off to bed early tonight!!! I think staying up all night was simply crazy,but it was a nice visit anyway! RJ is off to bed in a few minutes so I am going to pamper myself with a foot soak and go to bed!

Hi, Ladies! I read about your game and would live to join for game #2. The timing seems just right, since you start tomorrow! The idea of points for doing the right stuff appeals to me - probably why I always fall back on WW. We are going to Disney for the spring break, and I want to lose enough that I can enjoy swimming in the hotel pool with my boys without being too self conscious. 6 pounds by 4/7 seems reasonable, I hope. If I could just break 150, I would be thrilled! I'm hoping that this game will help to keep me focused!
Hiya!!! Welcome CYNDY!!!!! I'm ready to get started too!! I haven't been able to do any exercise because of my back,but now I'm stiff too! That's ok,tomorrow I will begin with 20 mins of streaching,and let me tell you that's hard when you can't bend sideways like most people! lol!!
