Elana, don't be too disappointed. Quick weight gains are not real gains (if you havn't been camping out in McD's, that is
which I'm sure you didn't). The quick gains are msot often quick downs next weigh in. There are always so many reasons quick gains can happen, ie. fluid retention due to somthing salty, TOM, big steak dinner still sitting in tummy, you know, lots of things. Don't let it get you down!! Next week will be better.
