Is there were I post the food I eat. Anyway here goes.
Breakfast: 1/2 c Fiber One, 1/2 cup skim milk and strawberries on top. This will add up to appox. 120 calories.
For those of you who think this is not enough, I usually get hungry before lunch and have a snack. Something like fruit, graham crackers/animal crackers. Yesterday I had watermelon that someone brought in to work!
I find myself eating mini snacks between meals if I get hungry, but I always watch the calories. I will let you know the rest of my food consumption for the rest of the day tonight.
I also weigh in tomorrow, so I will let you know I how I did this last week!
Here is my full list of what I have eaten today so far:

1 Chicken & vegetable fajita

1/2 M & M Brownie ice cream bar (see I eat things that are not healthy for me.
Dinner:
WW Smart Ones Ravioli Forentine
small salad with fat free dressing
So far I have eaten approximately 1000 calories. That still leaves me enough for a snack before bed. I will probably have some sugar free jello with whipping cream. yum-yum.
Some days I feel like I am eating all day. It is all about portion control and making the right food choices.
Carol, I think that it's been proven (although don't ask me when or by whom ) that it's better to eat a lot of small meals, or snacks throughout the day when you're trying to lose weight. I know that if I go without snacking, I'm way more likely to binge when I get home in the evening.
Are you doing the WW program, counting calories, or what? Good luck at your next weigh-in!!!!!
Finally after 4 weeks of staying the same I'm losing again. I have worked really hard the last few days, guess there is something to the old saying "working my a$$ off" LOL.

Jennelle!!!! Don't talk that way!! You are not a failure! You know, you may be gaining weight, instead of losing, if you aren't eating enough. I used to gain everytime I went on a diet because I would cut back on the food too much!!

Sherry, can't wait till I hit that 20-lb. mark. It'll be forever, though!!

Oh, Carol, I almost forgot, I think that Fiber One is supposed to be one of the best foods (not just cereal!) that you can eat!
This isn't my weigh in day, but I wanted to tell you Sherry to hang in there. You are doing great. We all have ups and downs and stay the same for a period of time. Don't get discourage. 20 lbs is a great Feat!!! Don't you dare minimize it!!!
I love you and I know you are going to get below that mark of 171 on your scale. Maybe you should measure yourself and see if there is a difference there. You are probalby losing inches!!
