Hi, Shad, yeah, well, the usual excuses, I am being quite shaken by my decision to leave my present work with nothing at all in the works. It's going to mean big life changes all around and I really don't know where to start. But, start I will, and I'm ready for it, or at least, I know it's got to happen. So, the old habits I allow to come in as a way of turning down the stress level. But I also realize that that, in the long run, as in more than a few days, only serves to increase the stress, so I'll be back and ready for action...probably tomorrow. I was also extremely busy this week with extra work on top of the usual because of the big race today.
Anyhow, good to see you sticking to your challenges.
