  • The weekend was a write-off in the food category. I was at a family wedding and used some banked points, but the showed up on my WI on Monday.

    I think Monday was even worse than the weekend. I went the opposite direction. I am experiencing some personal stress at the moment, so am not eating properly. Here's the journal for yesterday - not impressive:
