I am sorry it has taken me longer than normal to write back! But work has been crazy, home life has been crazy and no time to rest let alone write...
I am so glad that the plan is working...I lost 1/2 lb 2 weeks ago and I am stuck again!
So I am going to a nutritionist because my journals and what I am eating and not losing is not making too much sense! So hopefully that works as maybe I am missing something!
So I am so glad that you the principles...I have stuck to them...but the snacking is creeping in as I am discouraged! But I am still working in with the system!
