hey you guys. I am doing HORRIBLE
after stopping my birth control i lost 9 pounds, but ive gained most of it back!!! i dont know why!
im having a terrible time, ive eaten way too much today because after getting on the scale this morning i was so upset!
Its terrible that i turn to food for comfort, and i really shouldnt, but its so hard not to. So right now i am sitting at about 165. I remember after i had lost some weight last summer i was 150 and i was so upset that i weighed that much. Now i would LOVE to see 150 on the scale.
I have a question: what are yall diets like? What do you eat? How much?
My new goals for the end of each month:
june 30th: 160
july 31st: 153
august 30th: 145
september 30th: 140
october 31st: 135
november 30th: 132
december 31st: 131
january 13th (my b-day): 130
Do you think this is realistic and acheivable?
