B. Cottage cheese on two slices of pumpernickel, an orange
L. Spring green salad with HB egg, black beans and lf dressing. Yoghurt and an apple will round that out and hold me for a late supper
D. I am planning to do a clay baker roast chicken tonight with turnip and will saute some Swiss chard along with it. (I am resurrecting my clay baker for one last try before it goes to a yard sale. The bread machine is next! If I can't downsize my body, I'll downsize my household possessions!)
Just realized the Dogs and I have to visit Maple View at 5:30 tonight so roast chicken won't work. Back to the drawing board. Duh! Use the oven timer, silly!
