Default Tuesday Menu Plans

I'm on Phase II.

B. Cottage cheese on two slices of pumpernickel, an orange
L. Spring green salad with HB egg, black beans and lf dressing. Yoghurt and an apple will round that out and hold me for a late supper
D. I am planning to do a clay baker roast chicken tonight with turnip and will saute some Swiss chard along with it. (I am resurrecting my clay baker for one last try before it goes to a yard sale. The bread machine is next! If I can't downsize my body, I'll downsize my household possessions!)

Just realized the Dogs and I have to visit Maple View at 5:30 tonight so roast chicken won't work. Back to the drawing board. Duh! Use the oven timer, silly! Sometimes my brain short circuits!

I am in phase 2.

Breakfast: oatmeal with banana, Splenda and cinnamon. glass of Metamucil
Snack: raw zucchini or grapes
Lunch: leftover broccoli cheese soup (homemade from recipe in forum)
Dinner: crockpot Arroz con Pollo - I've changed the recipe to use chicken breasts and I make sure the rice is Uncle Ben's Converted so it is allowed.
Dessert will probably be a fudgecicle.

Lunch – spaghetti squash and lima beans
Dinner – black bean burger and broccoli
Snacks – salad w/a little goat cheese and hummus on top, EAS low carb protein shake, ricotta pancake

S: 2 celery stalks, 1 PS String cheese, cup coffee w/ splenda
L: 1/3 c red kidney beans (drained and rinsed), 2 c. salad w/cucumbers and celery
S: HB Egg, 12 oz diet root beer
D: Stuffed bell peppers, pinto beans, steamed cauliflower and broccoli
D: 2 SF Fudgesicles (counts as 1 serving)

Phase 1

B: egg atop 1 slice ff turkey breast, bit of lf cheese on top
S: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ 1 tbsp sf jam mixed in
L: 2 c salad greens topped with egg salad
S: string cheese
D: leftover stuff I put in my stuffed bell pepper last night: mix of black beans, ground turkey, onions, spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, spices, salsa
S: sf jello if I get around to making it/wanting it
