Default Finished Phase I

Ok, well Sunday was the last day of Phase I for me. I had great results...down 10.2 lbs and 19 Inches! Woo Hoo
Starting Phase II today, kinda taking it easy for today. I've been eating yogurt everyday in Phase I, but found some that would be perfect for Phase II....it's Yoplait Apple Turnover, has chunks of apples in it, very very yummy. So I'll take that as my fruit for about a week, also found some whole grain bagels....I'll do just the apple chunks in my yogurt for now and start the whole grains next week
I love cereal, what is a good kind to add back in without a lot of added sugars? oh and I don't like oatmeal so that's out of the question

!!! Good loss for Phase One!

I find Fibre One with fruit and yoghurt is quick and yummy.

You can add some cereal to your yogurt too! As opposed to having a big bowl for breakfast. Just an idea for some added crunch! That is what I may do come next week!

Great Job xJenn...I only had a 5lb loss. I will keep at it though. I still don't know what I am going to add in for this week, does it have to be a fruit?

Well, some say fruit brings in added cravings for sugar and to add in whole grains first....there's lots here who added in oatmeal
