Well, I survived the weekend!!!! It felt so good to get through this first weekend without cheating! I even convinced my friend that she should give it a shot. I got on her scale and it said that I had lost 4 pounds since Thursday....that's not the scale I originally weighed in on so I don't think I totally trust it but I feel like I have taken off a few pounds. I'm going to "officially" weigh in on Thursday at work.
Just had to share! Hope everyone else had as good as weekend as I've had.

Thanks guys....I was right though, when I got on scale at work I had only lost one pound. That's pretty good though for only 4 days I guess. I am not going to get on the scale anymore but once a week and then it's only going to be the one at work so that way I have an accurate loss.
