I lost 8 lbs. I just had this discussion today, with my co-workers.
They lost: Rick 20 lbs; Nicole 5 lbs; Kristin didn't lose anything.

Svetlana, what do you mean by starving? Were you having cravings or were you actually hungry? Dr. A does say that you should always eat if you are hungry...it's much easier to deal with hunger than to deal with the aftereffects of staying hungry too long.
