Just what it says. Drink LOTS & LOTS of water!! It helps in the weight loss and this is something kinda fun to help boost you along with your water drinking. If you've drank some, then you can post a letter. I try to post when i've drank a full glass.

E... but drinking anyway. Already drank 1.5 litres and going for another 1.5 litres.
