I took a few extra pieces of whole fruit when offered during "breaks" so I always had an apple or banana with me as well. It might mean lots of salads but it's totally doable!

Thanks so much for the encouragement!!
I have managed to stay reasonably on plan. Dinners have been hard since I have been staying with friends and I don't get to dictate what is served (I can say I want to eat "healthy" but these are not people I would ever discuss SBD with...) I had some kind of simple Asian stir-fry the other night with tons of veggies and last night I had whole wheat ravioli (though I doubt 100%) with broccolini and a simple tomato sauce. So not exactly ON plan but pretty good.
During the day I found a salad bar - HEAVEN! Quinoa salad, roasted beets, broccoli, beans and baked tofu.
and single-servings of plain Greek yogurt. Also I found a soup bar where I got a roasted pumpkin soup and another time split pea. And I carry with me when I can apples, oranges and nuts.
Hey has anyone come across "
Just Greens" juice? I found it yesterday at the salad bar place. So interesting. Definitely an acquired taste; it seemed a bit like drinking the leftover water after steaming spinach... but it kind of grew on me.
