I've seen some post that they are in Phase 1.5. If Phase 2 means one allowed fruit and 1/2 cup whole grain or one slice bread each day, does Phase 1.5 mean just one of those?
I started Phase 1 on Monday, January 4. Technically I am due to be done with it on Sunday, January 17. However, I am going to extend Phase 1 through Tuesday, January 19 (with one caveat - I may cheat with wine as of the Sunday). We are going on vacation President's Day weekend, and I'm not sure I"ll be able to add carbs back in responsibly - i.e. not sure we'll be eating places that will have whole grains available. We'll be back on that Tuesday and I think it might just be easier for me to stick to Phas 1 through then.
Then - I was considering doing a "1.5" I've realized that I have to be VERY careful with the carbs. Am I right about what a Phase 1.5 is?
