S: Tomato/Cucumber Salad with LF Mozzarella, olive oil, and Italian seasoning
L: Large salad with romaine lettuce, celery, cucumber, tomato, LF cottage cheese
S: Almonds (15) and possible veggies w/hummus
D: LEFTOVER NIGHT! The boys can have leftovers with a vegetable. I'll have some kind of meat-free item and broccoli with LF cheese sauce, maybe an apple?
S: Dark chocolate again..... mmmm....
I'm still here, just a little AWOL these last few days:
Yesterday:
B - laughing cow cheese, celery stix
L - Chef salad w/ ham and hard-boiled egg
S - NF SF latte
S - 20 cashews
D - spinach and chickpea curry, indian rice, 1/4 slice of naan
D - 1/2 c lf ice cream
Today:
B - laughing cow cheese, coffee w/ milk
S - celery sticks
L - 1/2 black bean burrito, 2 cups salad, 1/2 cup spanish rice
S - celery sticks
D - tilapia and veggies on the grill
D - 1 cup blackberries
B: 2 softboiled eggs; 1 slice ww toast
L: spinach, mango, strawberry, almond salad with grilled chicken
D: pizza....going to meet FIL's new girlfriend at his favorite pizza place, unfortunately they don't have much that is remotely healthy. Thankfully it is thin thin thin crust with a small amount of cheese. I'll get a veggie pizza.
S: I'll probably forgo the snack because of the calories in the pizza. If I get hungry, I'll have an apple.
