I accidentally put DS's Kashi Heart to Heart in my bowl this morning instead of my Go Lean. I didn't even realize it until I had some in my mouth. It was all mixed in with my fruit and cottage cheese so I ate it anyway and now I feel weird. Maybe it is just in my head? (anxiety) or will it actually mess me up for the day?
Thin, it can make you have some blood sugar reactions, but don't let it get to you. Just have a little more protein in your next snack/meal, and see how you feel. If you have the jitters or get cravings, you might need a couple days of P1 to get back on plan.
